If your product is damaged or defective in any way, please return it to us within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
Media items (BOOKS, DVDs, CDs, DOWNLOADS etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened or viewed/downloaded. If there’s an unusual circumstance we will make every effort to take care of you. Video Downloads are non refundable.
It’s important to us that you get what you paid for and the products you receive are exactly what you expected. If you feel that your product is damaged or broken, reach out and let us help! Drop us an email, give us a call, or chat with us. We will figure out a way to make things right. Since we do not stock any inventory and we order exactly what you have ordered it is important that you order only what you want to buy. Once you place an order unless the product is damaged or broken it cannot be returned. Under certain circumstances a store credit might be given for a different item, you must fill out the return from and receive approval. Any return that is approved is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
